Troubleshooting login issues:

  • Make sure your account is active.  You must complete your profile and set your password before you can login.  You can do so from the invitation emailed to you.  Follow the unique link to create your account then login from app.reimbi.com.

  • The email address field in the login screen is case sensitive.  Make sure everything is lowercase when attempting to login.

  • If you receive an error message that your account is “inactive”, please contact your company admin or your recruiter and ask them to reactivate your account.
