These instructions are intended for Reimbi customers.  If staff users are not receiving their invitations or notifications from Reimbi, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot.

Emails from Reimbi may be blocked by your company's email gateway.  First, check if the emails landed in your spam folder and search your inbox for "Reimbi".  If you are unable to locate the email, please have your IT Team whitelist the following IP address:
